Price Changes

Major price changes have been implemented.. many things that could only be bought, can now only be sold. This is to both promote player-owned stores while not restricting the sale of items players make that DON'T own shops. Everyone wins! I honestly don't know why I didn't think of this on my own.. hahaha.
