Also, sewer will not divert to the ocean anymore. Couldn't design it without looking horrid but I came up with an even better idea so it's all good.

Pnsher finally bought a piece o land. We added a few more plots, and placed a lava moat around the city. After lighting the city up sufficiently and finishing the sewer it'll be safe to enable monsters.. maybe tomorrow or the day after! Woot! Please note that it's against city ordinance to build stuff without sufficient lighting.. don't screw the rest of us over!
